Delivery and Returns

Delivery within Nairobi
We deliver to all areas within Nairobi. The flat delivery fee is KSh 350. If your order totals KSh 5,000 or more, delivery is free. Most orders within Nairobi arrive within 1-2 working days. We deliver Monday through Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery outside Nairobi
For orders outside Nairobi we use courier partners. The delivery cost depends on distance and is calculated after you place your order — we contact you with the exact amount before you pay. Typical delivery time is 3-5 working days for major towns in Kenya. Remote areas may take longer.
Store pickup
You can pick up your order from our store in Kilimani at no extra charge. After placing an order, just let us know you prefer pickup. We hold items for up to 7 days. The store address is Kilimani STATE HOUSE TETU APARTMENTS, Nairobi.
Order tracking
We do not have automated tracking on the website. When your order ships, we send you a confirmation by text or email with an estimated delivery date. If you want to check on an order that has not arrived, contact us at [email protected] or call +254 722 880 835 and we will find out where it is.
Returns — unopened games
If you bought a game and have not opened the shrink wrap, you can return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Contact us first so we know to expect the return. You cover the cost of shipping it back to us unless the return is due to our error.
Returns — damaged or incomplete games
If a game arrives with a damaged box, missing pieces, or any other defect, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We replace the game or issue a full refund, your choice. We cover any return shipping costs in this case.
Returns — opened games
Once a game has been opened and played, we cannot accept it back as a return. We know that is strict, but board games lose resale value the moment the seal is broken. If you are unsure about a game, come to the store and try it before buying — that is what the play area is for.
Refund timeline
Refunds are processed within 3 working days of receiving the returned item. M-Pesa refunds arrive the same day we process them. Bank transfer refunds may take 1-2 additional business days depending on your bank.
