General
These terms apply to all purchases made through online-ProGameUniverse.com and at the NACLABOR physical store in Kilimani, Nairobi. By placing an order you agree to these terms. If something here does not make sense to you, ask us before ordering — [email protected] or +254 722 880 835.
Prices and payment
All prices on this site are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and include applicable taxes. We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and card payment by phone. No payment is processed automatically through the website. After you submit an order, we confirm it and send you payment instructions within a few hours. Your order ships once we receive payment.
Orders and availability
Placing an order on the site is a request to purchase, not a confirmed transaction. We confirm availability by email or phone before accepting payment. If a game is out of stock after you order, we tell you and offer a refund or alternative. We do not charge for items we cannot deliver.
Delivery
We deliver within Nairobi for a flat rate of KSh 350. Orders over KSh 5,000 are delivered free within Nairobi. Deliveries outside Nairobi are handled through courier partners and priced per distance. Typical delivery takes 1-2 working days in Nairobi and 3-5 working days outside the city.
Returns
Unopened, unused games may be returned within 14 days of purchase. You must contact us first — do not send items back without confirming with us. Opened games cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or have missing components. If a game is faulty, we replace it or refund you in full.
Limitation of liability
We are responsible for delivering the products you ordered in good condition. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, events outside our control, or damage that occurs after delivery. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with the date at the top. If we make a change that affects existing orders, we will notify you by email.
